What we collect
We collect the email address and password hash used for your account, server-side session records, study progress you choose to save, and purchase records needed to provide access and handle refunds. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, not readable text.
The site also records limited first-party funnel events such as a qualified visit, sampler start, checkout start, or purchase. A random per-tab identifier is hashed before storage. These events do not store your IP address, browser user agent, raw session identifier, or payment-card number.
Payments and cookies
Stripe processes card payments. Stripe receives the account email, purchase amount, and product name. Seaside Gardens does not receive or store your full card number.
We use necessary cookies and browser session storage for authentication, study progress, and aggregate funnel measurement. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the MCH product pages.
Use, retention, and requests
We use collected data to operate accounts, deliver purchases, improve the study product, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We do not sell customer personal information.
We retain account and order records while needed to provide access and meet operational or legal obligations. To request a copy, correction, or deletion of eligible account data, email [email protected] from the account address.
