Write from the email attached to your account. Include the page or plant name involved and a short description of what happened. For purchase issues, include the purchase date if known.

Protect your information

Never email your password, full card number, Stripe verification code, private key, or other credential. We will not ask for those items.

Before contacting support

• Confirm you are signed in with the account used before checkout.
• Refresh the welcome page if payment was just completed.
• Check that your browser accepts the necessary MCH session cookie.
• For a refund, review the 14-day policy.
