Product and independence
The $79 MCH Plant ID Flashcards purchase is a one-time payment for access to the current 279-card digital study deck and its included study features. It is not a subscription.
This is an independent educational aid. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Massachusetts Nursery and Landscape Association. Purchase and use do not guarantee an exam result, professional credential, or field-identification outcome.
Image disclosure and responsible use
The deck combines commercially licensed botanical photographs with AI-assisted study plates. Image sets are reviewed against named diagnostic traits, and provenance or generation status is shown where available. AI-assisted images can simplify or imperfectly render morphology; use the written identification key and authoritative botanical references when a high-stakes identification matters.
The product is not a substitute for expert identification where toxicity, edibility, pesticide use, legal compliance, or personal safety is involved.
Access and acceptable use
Your purchase is for one customer account and has no recurring charge. Access continues while Seaside Gardens operates and supports this hosted product. An offline copy, perpetual hosting, or future feature expansion is not promised.
Do not share account credentials, scrape or redistribute the deck, resell access, or use the service to violate another party's rights. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, or unauthorized redistribution.
14-day refund policy
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Email [email protected] from the purchasing account and include the purchase date. Never send a password or full card number.
Approved full refunds revoke paid access. Duplicate charges and confirmed technical access failures will be corrected regardless of ordinary troubleshooting time. Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
Changes and governing law
We may correct errors, update images and study content, or modify these terms prospectively. Material purchase-term changes will not create a new recurring charge. These terms are governed by Massachusetts law, subject to applicable consumer protections.
